Katy

Well, it's Sunday night and Katy is settling into her new home of 3 days.  She's had a big weekend in the car visiting, going to the Truck Show Saturday and the flea market today, Sunday.  She has met all kinds of new friends that she played with:  Percy, a big Rottweiller, Jake, a lab that is her cousin, plus other dogs and kids at the car show.  She is just a lovable sweetheart and I am so glad that the other people brought her back.  The way I see it, they brought her back for us.  And, us for her.

I have enclosed a picture put on your site.   She is very comfortable in the house, of course made herself comfortable on her bed and our bed, and just mastered the downstairs steps the past half hour.  We are using the crate for overnight but during the day, as long as we are there, we are getting her used to the house.  Of course, she is not the perfect pet just yet as she helped herself to a plate of broccoli off the table last night.  Her housetraining is going well with only one small “accident”.

Thanks so much for making her available to us.  I will keep you updated and possibly drop in with her after she fills out in a couple of months.  She weighs 32 lbs by the way.   Let us know when the Mt. Holly "party" is as we would like to attend.
