Sorry it has taken me so long to get an update to you but I have been busy getting to know my new family and big brother, Petey.
I have a new name, Hunter, but Mommy just calls me "the bringer of dead things" because the mice and moles I find in the backyard to play with don't always survive our fun times together. I love my new vet – Dr. Anne. She says I am healthy and growing fine (30 pounds at my last check-up). She gives me treats while I get my shots so they don't even hurt – now I'm done til next year. In July, when I am 6 months old, Mom will take me back to see Dr. Anne so I can get "fixed" – they haven't told me exactly what that means but I'm sure Dr. Anne will take good care of me. Also, Mom and Dad say to just keep the fifty dollar deposit you are holding for them as a donation to help care for my other friends there while you try to find them new families. My family and I couldn't be happier together – and that's worth all the money in the world!
